1 can cream of celery soup
|

1/2 cup milk (WIC food)
|
|
2 cups broccoli florets (WIC food)
|

2 medium carrots, sliced (about 1 cup) (WIC food)

1 cup cauliflower flowerets (WIC food)

Instructions |

|
In medium saucepan mix soup, milk, broccoli, carrots and cauliflower. Over medium heat, heat to a boil.
|
|
|
Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
|
|
|
For variation- Omit milk. Substitute 1 bag frozen vegetable combination for fresh vegetables.
