Whisk dry ingredients; flour, baking soda, salt, and
ground flax or wheat germ in a bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients together; olive oil, honey,
eggs, and rum in a separate bowl.
Add mashed bananas to wet ingredients and 1/4 cup of
hot water when you slowly mix the dry and wet
ingredients together.
Fold chocolate chips and walnuts into the batter.
Bake in muffin tins lined with paper for 20 minutes
or until muffins spring back and test done with a
toothpick.
