1. Cut the apples into quatres, peel , them then
cut out the cores, cut the quatres into chunks.
Put them in a medium sized dish.
2. Add 6 able spoons f water. Sprinkle the apples
with a large amount of mixed spices and a table
spoon of caster sugar.
Stir two kinds of flour together in a bowl. Cut
the margarine ir butter into small chunks. Add to
the flour.
3. Wash your hands and dry them well. rub in the
margarine or butter into the flour using your
fingers.
