Tuscan balsamic vinegar based dressing (Italian – dark and Tuscan preferred)
Italian spices/seasoning
Radiatore or twisty pasta
Meli melo tomatoes (mixed colour cherry tomatoes)
Black Spanish olives
1 bell pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta according to instructions (al dente preferred)
Slice cherry meli melo tomatoes into quarters
Slice bell pepper into thin strips
Slice olives into halves
Combine pasta, tomatoes and olives. Sprinkle desired nutritional yeast
and Italian seasoning. Toss and finally drizzle Tuscan vinegarette over
the salad.
