Make the Tuna salad - combine drained Tuna, mayonnaise, celery cut into
small pieces, white pepper, and salt - put to one side
Butter the outsides of the bread (use a nice amount), spray cooking
spray into a pan - make sure its hot.
Place the sliced sough dough/panini into the pan and place a thick piece
of cheese in the middle
In another pan - add 2 tbsp of Evoo, slivered onions, green peppers
and a little salt - stir fry together until crispy (use a high heat) -
tossing continually
Push them to one side once ready
Throw the tuna in and fry until brown - then scoop onto one side of
bread.
Pet the vegetables on the other side. Push the sandwich together.
Slice in half and serve
