     Homemade French Bread (2 Loaves)

Ingredients
Quick Rise Yeast (2 pkgs)
Warm Water (1 3/4 cup)
Salt (2 tsp)
Sugar (2 Tbsp)
Flour (5-6 Cups Fluffed)
Butter (2 Tbsp)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Combine yeast, water, salt, sugar, butter and flour into mixing bowl. Use dough hook for Kitchen Aid mixer on the stir speed.
Grease glass bowl, put dough in bowl, cover with saran wrap. Place in oven and turn oven off. Wait 40 minutes.
Separate into two balls. With flour on counter roll each out to approx 8x12 sheets. Take the 12in side and cinnamon roll it to the other side, pinch seems, pinch ends together and under and place on baking sheet with seams down. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
Once out of oven, rub some butter over the top of each loaf. Slice and enjoy!
