Turkey Meatloaf
2 Lbs. turkey burger
2Tbl. onion flakes
1 tsp.salt and pepper and oregano
1 Tbl. minced garlic
1 C. cooked white rice
2 egg whites
1 can duck tomato sauce
1 can regular tomato sauce(for top)
Stir everything but the burger together first then add burger. Place in 9x13 greased pan and bake for 1.5 hr at 350 degrees. Mix can of tomato sauce and 2 Tbl. of brown sugar and squeeze in some ketchup and spread over top for last half hour.
