     Grilled Banana Sandwich

Ingredients
1 large banana
1.5 TBSP low-fat whipped cream cheese
1.5 TBSP peanut butter
1 TBSP honey
pinch of salt
4 slices whole wheat bread
 

Instructions
Cut of 1/4 of banana and mash it w/ fork in a owl. Stir in cream cheese, peanut butter, honey and salt. Spread on bread.
Coat skillet w/ canola oil spray. Medium high heat. Slice banana (1/2 lengthwise then in half crosswise). Cook banana halves in pan until caramelized.
Wipe out skillet and spray again w/ canola oil. Cook sandwiches until each side is browned.
