     Yo Soup for You

Ingredients
1/2 pound chicken breast
1 cup onion (chopped)
1 tsp olive oil
6 cups low sodium chicken stock
1 cup canned navy beans (drained)
1/2 cup carrots (minced)
1 cup corn
1/2 cup canned, peeled tomatoes
2 TBPS chopped basil
 
salt and pepper
2 cloves garlic

Instructions
Low heat in saucepan cook chicken and onion in oil for 10 min. Add garlic and cook for 1 min.
Add stock, beans, and carrots. Bring to boil. Add corn and tomatoes w/ juice. Cook 15 min.
