Thaw potatoes, Mix rest of ingredients, Pour all in 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Top with 2 cups crushed potatoes chips or corn flakes(because of salt) mixed with 1 tablespoon butter . Chips makes it to salty
