Sugar, shortening, and 1 cup water in pan - bring to a boil, then cool. Beat 2 egg yolks with additional cup of water, add 2 packaes of yeast. Flour and salt in large bowl, add liquids , fold 2 beaten egg whites. Place in refrigerator in greased bowl and grease top of dough, cover well. You will need to punch dough down every so often. Make in to rolls and let rise. Bake 400 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Dough will keep for 2 weeks.
CINNAMON ROLLS
Roll out dough - cover with shortening, sugar so you can see it. cinnamon. cut 1 inch wide. Needs to rise again. 3 dozen cinnamon rolls. Bake 400 degrees 10 to 15 minutes.
