     Salami, Cheese and Garlic Butter Loaf

Ingredients
1 loaf French Bread
60g soft Butter
1 clove fresh Garlic, peeled and crushed
1 tablespoon chopped fresh Parsley
1 teaspoon Mild Mustard
thin slices of Cheese
thin slices of Salami
 

Instructions
Cut bread in half lengthwise and into three's. Put butter in a dish, add garlic, parsley and mustard. Mash well.
Spread it on both sides of each set of bread. Add a layer of cheese to one side of the bread. Add salami on top of the cheese.
Add the other halves of bread on top of the bottoms, wrap in tin foil. Bake at 180 degrees on bake for 15 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Great for lunch
