     KFC Chicken Wings

Ingredients
2 chickenwings
1/2 l. buttermilk
1/4 lit. oil
1/4 Tbs. salt
1/2 Tbs. thyme
1/4 Tbs. oregano
1/4 Tbs. basil
1/4 Tbs. paprika
1/4 Tbs. ginger
 
1/4 Tbs. clary
1/4 Ts. spice-salt
1/4 Ts. muscat
1/4 Ts. pepper
1/4 Ts. see-salt
150g flour

Instructions
The chicken pieces in a bowl, season to taste. (Salt, pepper, etc., the amounts given are not binding) and stir to distribute the spices better and are rubbed into the meat. With buttermilk poured over until everything is covered and at least 6 hours in the refrigerator. Depending on the vessel here can be specified more buttermilk as needed.
Mix flour with 1 tablespoon of any desired seasoning. I use the above mentioned. The batter should not taste very strong, but not quite as crisp and his bland. Do not overdo it with the spices. The flavor comes from the chicken.
