Put the cereal in a large bowl. Melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a microwave safe bowl for 1 1/2 minutes. Mix the melted mixture with the cereal until all the cereal is brown. Pour into one-gallon plastic bag with the two cups of powdered sugar. Seal the bag well. Shake until cereal is covered.
