Good quality cheddar cheese block from a Deli-100 to 150 grams
Fresh cherry tomatoes 10-12
Farfale pasta - 500 grams
Instructions
Boil pasta with salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Drain and wash pasta in cold water and then cool in
the fridge for 20 minutes
Chop Capsicum into 1inch x 1inch square pieces
Chop Cheddar cheese into small square/cuboids pieces
Slice cherry tomatoes into halves
Roast pine nuts to your taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add pesto sauce 4-
6 tablespoons
Add pasta and mix everything together
