     CHICKEN POT PIE....KFC

Ingredients
2 CUPS POTATOES, peeled, cubed, cooked
1 1/2 CUPS FROZEN PEAS & CARROTS
2 CANS CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
2 TBS. DRIED OR FRESH ONION
2 CUPS COOKED, CHOPPED CHICKEN
DASH OF SALT & PEPPER
1/2 CUP MILK
 
OR--HALF RECIPE FOR US
1 cup potatoes
3/4 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 TBS fresh or dried onion
1 cup chopped, cooked, chicken or turkey
1/4 cup milk
dash of salt and pepper
Intend to try this with different meats.

Instructions
MIX ALL TOGETHER. BAKE IN CRUST. I USUALLY MAKE THE OIL CRUST AND PUT CRUST ONLY ON TOP OIL CRUST 2 CUPS FLOUR SALT 1/2 CUP OIL 1/3 CUP WATER....ADD WATER TO OIL AND POUR INTO FLOUR ALL AT ONCE. STIR WITH FORK UNTIL FORMS BALL. WET THE COUNTER AND PLACE A PIECE OF WAX PAPER, PUT HALF OR MORE OF DOUGH ON PAPER, ADD 2ND PIECE ON TOP AND ROLL WITH ROLLING PIN UNTIL AS THIN AS YOU WANT IT. PUT IT IN PAN, POUR IN CHICKEN MIXTURE AND REPEAT WITH OP CRUST BAKE AT 400 UNTIL GOOD AND BROWN...DON'T UNDERBAKE.
Original recipe calls for 2/3 cup frozen peas and 2 cooked carrots. I find the mixed frozen easier.
