PESTO- Italian pesto is traditionally made using a mortar and pestle
by grinding the herbs with garlic and nuts before mixing in the
seasoning, cheese and oil.
METHOD-
1. using a processor, blend herbs, nuts garlic and seasoning.
2. With the processor on medium speed, gradually blend in the oil
3. Stir in the parmesan
4. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
