Preheat oven to 160°C
1. Line the base and sides of a 20cm cake tin (pan) with baking parchment.

CHEESECAKE MIXTURE-
Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl, then add the cream cheese, caster sugar and vanilla essence. Beat together until smooth and creamy.

BROWNIE MIXTURE-
Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave or in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of gently simmering water. When the mixture is melted remove from the heat, stir well, then add the sugar. Add the eggs, a little at a time, and beat well. Gently stir in the flour. Spread two-thirds of the brownie mixture over the base of the tin.

Spread the cheesecake mixture on top, then spoon on the remaining brownie mixture in heaps. Using a skewer, swirl the mixtures together. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until just set in the centre. Leave to cool in the tin, then cut into squares.

Go crazy and serve with cream or thick greek yoghurt, or just have it as is - isn't combining two desserts enough?
