     Holyday Beef Roast

Ingredients
1 Tbspn dried marjoram
1 Tbspn garlic powder
2 tspn dried basil
2 tspn dried thyme
1 tspn dried oregano
3 to 4 lbs beef roast
 

Instructions
In a bowl combine all dry ingredients. Rub mixture all over the roast. Place roast in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 24 hrs.
Remove roast from refrigerator and let rest for two hours or until room tempeture. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Place roast in a roasting pan. Cook the roast for 2 hrs or until the meat reaches and internal temperature of 135 degrees. Let cool slightly, slice and serve.
