Melt butter. Add flour to pan. Bring to boil. Stir
for 30 seconds.

Take pan off burner and slowly add milk. Put back on
medium heat and stir occasionally until sauce
thickens.

Turn off heat and add shredded cheese. Combine with
cooked macaroni in baking dish. Sprinkle shredded
cheese on top.

|
Bake at 350-375 for 1/2 hour until top is browned.
