     Chicken Enchilada Dip

Category   Appetizers
Sub Category   Gameday-Tailgate
Servings   12-20
Preptime   30 mins.

Ingredients
Two 12 oz. cans of pre-cooked chicken
4 oz. diced green chile peppers
4 oz. diced jalapenos
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. monterrey jack cheese
1 cup mayo

Instructions
First, heat a skillet to medium with 1 tsp. of butter or cooking spray. Drain both cans of chicken and pour into skillet. Let the chicken heat up and begin shredding it while cooking. While cooking, shake as much taco seasoning as you'd like ( I always use a lot ;) ) to flavor the chicken. Continue cooking until chicken is shredded and flavors have blended.
In medium sized bowl, mix together the cream cheese, green chiles, jalapenos, mayo and shredded cheese. (Reserve some cheese to sprinkle on top of dip.)
When chicken is ready, pour into cheese mixture. Spread into a medium sized baking dish and sprinkle remaining shredded cheese over dip. Place in 350 degrees oven for 30 minutes, or until warm.
Serve warm with corn chips and enjoy
