Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip. Spread over the cake pieces. Mix jello and boiling water and then add the frozen strawberries. Mix well and pour over the top of the cream layer. Use a knife to poke down through the cream layer allowing the strawberry juice to sift through.
Put in the refridgerator and cool completely.
