Turkey: Rub with salt. Chop ham, pork & giblets and cook with parsely, chives, oil, onions, garlic salt, pepper until tender. Add eggs. Soak bread in wine and add to meat + 1T butter & bread crumbs. Mix good! Stuff turkey and sew up. Cover breat with bacon and spread with butter. Wrap in foil. Cook 31/2 to 4 hrs at 375*. Chestnuts can be added to stuffing.
