     Brazilain Salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs of mixed Romain
head of leaf Lettuce
3 peeled and sliced Tomatoes
1 lrg. sliced Onion
1 can (14 oz) Heart of Palm (drained & sliced)
1 6oz. can of drained black Olives
1 15oz. can of drained Garbonzo beans
fresh chopped Parsley
Olive Oil
 

Instructions
In a large platter, spread bite size lettuce. In the center, add a slice of tomatoes then a slice of onion. add one row of olives beside the tomatoes, on the other side add a row of palm hearts, on the outside of the plate add a row of garbonzo beans (2 rows).
Sprinkle with parsley and olive oil. Have dressings of choice on the side.
