     Chicken Scarpariello

Ingredients
Olive Oil
2 1/2lb chicken cut up into bite size pieces
1lb sausage
1 small red pepper, julienned
2 garlic cloves minced
6 hot cherry peppers sliced
1 onion sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
 
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
2 tsp lemon juice
2 potatoes peeled and diced small

Instructions
Saute chicken and sausage in olive oil until brown. Take out of pan.
To tbsp of the hot drippings, addd pepper, cherry peppers, onion, potatoes and garlic. Saute until tender
Return chicken and sausage to pan. Add salt and pepper, broth, wine and lemon juice. Bring to boil, simmer covered 25 minutes.
Remove all and add 2tbsp of flour and 1/4 cup water mixed together. When sauce is thick pour over chicken.
