     Veal, Chicken, or Eggplant Parmesan

Ingredients
2 cans tomato paste (6 oz.)
½ t. oregano
1 t. Italian seasoning
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
½ c. parmesan cheese
3 cans water (6 oz. cans)
½ t. garlic salt
2 t. season all
2 T. brown sugar
 
8 oz. mozzarella cheese (sliced)
Veal, chicken, or eggplant

Instructions
Brown meat or eggplant on both sides until cooked, if needed. Combine all ingredients, except meat and mozzarella cheese, in a sauce pan. Heat on medium for several minutes. Alternate in a 2 quart casserole dish- sauce, meat, mozzarella slices, sauce, meat, mozzarella slices, ending in sauce. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes. Serve with spaghetti.
