In a large soup pot, fill with water, bring to boil.
Wash, clean and put chicken in pot. Bring to a boil. Skim fat off water.
Add carrots, celery, salt, bouillion and tomato sauce into pot.
Take chicken out of pot, pull off bone and shred. Add shredded chicken back to pot and let boil for 1 - 2 hours. Add pasta and let cook for another 10 mins or until pasta is tender.

Suggestions
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with grated cheese.
