     Continental Drift Cake

Ingredients
3 oz pkg lemon jello
8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 c sugar
1 t vanilla
1 pkg Girl Scout Lemon Pastry Cremes, crushed
1/4 c butter or margarine, melted
 

Instructions
CRUST- Mix cookies with melted butter, press onto bottom and sides of a 9x12 inch glass baking dish.
FILLING- Disslove the gelatin in 1 cup hot water, add cream cheese and stir until smooth. Chill until slightly thickened. Pour chilled evaporated milk into a medium bowl and whip. Add sugar and vanilla and blend. When gelatin is thickened, fold in whipped mixture until thoroughly blended. Pour into crust and chill.
NOTE- evaporated milk is not listed in the ingredient list of the recipe - my guess - 1 can evaporated milk.
