Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chocolate, 1/2 tablespoon
granulated sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon over
half of each tortilla; fold tortillas over to
cover ingredients.
Set a medium dry skillet over medium heat; cook
quesadillas, flipping once, until speckled with
brown spots and filling melts, about 2 minutes per
side. Cut each quesadilla in half and sprinkle
with powdered sugar.
