     Extreme DoSiDo licious Cookie

1 pkg DoSiDo cookies, crushed
2 lb tempered milk chocolate (86.5 degrees)
1/2 c mini peanut butter chips
1/2 c mini white chocoalte chips
1/2 c mini semisweet chips
2 c marshmallow cream topping
1 c creamy peanut butter

Add crushed cookies to milk chocolate and spread onto waxed paper lined cookie sheets in two 12 inch circles. Before chocoalte sets up, top each round with the following mixture of chips- peanut butter, then white chocolate, then semi sweet. While chocolate is setting up, approximately 35-45 min, in large bowl mix the cookie filling. Be sure to wet spoon before dipping and spreading marshmallow cream. Do not over mix filling.
To assemble, place one round of hardened cookie on serving plate, spread filling in center leaving 1-2 inch edge of cookie showing. Place other cookie on top of filling. Decorate top of cookie with drizzles of white and drak chocolate and ini reese pieces.
