Ingredients
1 round loaf sour dough bread
1 jar Hormel dried beef
1 package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream (reduced fat or fat free)
1 stick cream cheese (reduced fat), softened
1 small can chilies
 

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor shred dry beef.
In medium size mixing bowl combine beef, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and chilies.
Cut a circle on the top of the loaf of bread and hollow out bowl. Save the dough for dipping.
Fill the hollowed out loaf with the mixture. Place the top of the bread back on top. Wrap bread in aluminum foil and put in the oven for 2 hours.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with dough from bread and bagel chips
