Combine cookies with butter; press into bottom of 8 or 9 inch springform pan. Chill. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and chill until mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in cream and strawberries. Pour into springform pan. Chill 2 hours or until set. Garnish, if desired with additional strawberries, sliced kiwi and whipped cream. Makes 8 servings.
