     Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 pound flank steak sliced 2 in.by 1/4 in.
1 cup chopped onion
6 oz sliced mushroom blend
5 teaspoons flour
1/3 cup fat free sour cream
3 tablespoons thinly sliced scallions
1 tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
 

Instructions
Sauté beef until browned. Remove. Sauté onion and mushrooms with salt and pepper until tender. Reduce heat to medium. Whisk 1/4 cup of beef broth with flour. Add all broth, and beef to pan (and a bit of water if necessary). Scrape up brown bits and stir. Cover and cook 8 min or until thickened. Stir in sour cream, scallions, and butter. Sprinkle on parsley and serve over noodles.
