Separately beat the yolk and the white of the eggs.
Mix all egg with sugar and butter. Slowly mix maida
and baking powder. Put all the batter in greased pan
leaving just one table spoon behind.
Add 2 tbsp coca powder in the left over batter. Pour
it over the batter in the greased pan. Using the
fork, spread it in a zigzag way. Ensure that it goes
deep inside.
Bake it for 1 1/2 hour at 180
