Instructions |

Press tofu then slice into 1/4 inch thick squares. Fry on grill or in pan.

Make coleslaw with mix, mayo, red wine vinegar, and salt & pepper to taste.

Layer fried tofu, coleslaw, pickle slices, red onion, and bbg on buns.
