     Pumpkin Sultana Cake

Ingredients
225g butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups aster sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sultanas
1 cup mashed pumpkin
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 150'C. Beat butter and sugar together, then add eggs one at a time while beating.
Strain off any water from the mashed pumpkin and mix into batter carefully.
Add sultanas and sift flours and fold in.
Bake in a greased, lined 20cm x 20cm tin for 45 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Best served warm with cinnamon on top.
