1lb boneless beef chuck sliced into thin strips

1 cup beef broth
|

1/2 cup soy sauce
|

1/3 cup brown sugar
|

1 tbsp sesame oil
|

3 garlic cloves minced
|
| |
2 tbsp cornstarch
|
| |
4 tbsp sauce (from crockpot after cooked)

frozen broccoli florets
|

Instructions |

|
In crockpot whisk together beef broth, soy sauce,brown sugar, sesame oil and garlic.
|
|
|
|
Toss in beef to coat. Cook low 6 hours
|
|
|
|
Whisk together cornstarch and cooking liquid, pour into crockpot and stir to mix well. Cook add'l 30 minutes to thicken up sauce.
|
|
|
|
Toss in broccoli and serve with white rice.
