     FLANK STEAK

Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. each garlic powder and ground ginger
3/4 cup salad oil
1 green onion finely chopped
1 flank steak, approximately 1 1/2 pounds
 

Instructions
Mix together soy sauce, honey, and vinegar; blend in garlic powder and ginger. Add oil and chopped green onion. Hint- to easily remove honey from tablespoon, dip spoon in oil first. Place meat in either a zip lock baggie or in a small pan and pour mixture over it. let stand for 4 hours turning meat occassionally.
Barbecue about 5 mins. on each side, or broil in your oven for 2 mins. on each side. Slice on the diagonal to serve.
