1 lb meatloaf mix (beef, pork, veal)

2 large eggs

4 cloves garlic

2 cups parmesan cheese

2 tsp. pepper
|
| |
2 tsp. oregano
|

2 tsp. basil

Instructions |

|
|
1. Place meatloaf mix in mixing bowl
2. Add eggs, spices, cheese and bread crumbs
|
|
|
|
3. Mix together well and form into meatballs
|
|
|
|
4. In a large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat
|
|
|
|
5. Fry meatballs until they are brown all over.
