     The Delorme Chocolate Icing

Ingredients
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1/3 of a cup of hot water
6 tablespoons of margarine
3 1/2 cups of confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons of corn syrup
3 drops of vanilla extract
 

Instructions
Put the cocoa powder in a mixing bowl and add 3 tablspoons of hot water.
The you add the margarine, the corn syrup, the vanilla extract, the confectioners' sugar and the rest of the hot water.
Mix until smooth.
When the cake is cooled add the icing.
