Cut cheeses into small chunks. Put into food processor, chop finely. Add wine, garlic and pepper to taste. Process into smooth paste. To serve, place cheese dip into Longaberger Flameware Skillet and broil until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. If using the bread, toast them and serve with the dip.
