Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In large skilled, melt butter and saute chicken, browning evenly. Remove chicken to shallow baking dish.
To remaining butter in skillet, stir in soup mix, water, tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano. Cook over medium heat 5 mins, stirring occasionally, pour over the chicken, Covder and bake 1 hour or until chicken is fork tender.
