     MOM'S BEEF DIP

Ingredients
2 Lbs beef brisket
1 Tblsp flour
1/2 envelope onion soup mix
1 can beef consomme'
4 cups water
1/2 cup burgandy wine
 

Instructions
combine all ingredients except flour in a large stove top pan. Cook covered over low heat 2 1/2 hours. Remove brisket, add flour to thicken juices. Slice brisket for sandwiches. Butter buns and place under broiler. Dip buns in juice, place meat inside buns. Use extra juice for dipping
