Slice potatoes very thin, put a layer of potatoes in a buttered casserole dish, using 1/2 the slices. Dot with butter, sprinkle on half the parsley, salt, pepper and chees. Add second layer of potatoes and repeat process.
Pour beef broth over entire dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 60 mins. or well browned and the broth has been absorbed
