     Sausage Egg Biscuits

Ingredients
1 can of Grands Flakey Biscuits or What ever you choose
8 Large Eggs
1 tube of Sausage or Sausage Patties
2 tsp of Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb
Salt & Pepper to taste
4 Slices of american Cheese or which ever you prefer
 

Instructions
1. Cook your biscuits according to package. 2. While cooking the biscuits, make sausage patties or use pre-made, and cook until done. 3. Scramble your eggs, add Mrs Dash, salt & pepper. 4. After sausage is done, remove and place on paper towel to absorb grease. 5. Add eggs to same skillet that you cooked the sausage in. Cook like you would to cook an omelet, try to keep the egg as whole as possible (makes it easier to cut portions for biscuit). When eggs are done, remove skillet from heat. 6. Take your cheese & quarter each slice. You will use 2 quarters for each biscuit. 7. When biscuits are done, remove from oven & immediately start splitting them in half. 8. Cut your eggs in to 8 pieces. 9. Place an egg piece on the biscuit, then sausage, the cheese, and top the biscuit with the other side. The faster you do it, the cheese will melt without having to re-heat. Enjoy.
