Method-
Fry onions, tomatoes, carrots, curry powder and
banana, 'til onions are glassy. Add mustard,
worcester sauce, water and salt. When water boils
add all other veggies. Cook until veggies are
softened, but not mushy.

Suggestions
Serve over rice which has been cooked with sultanas (white raisins). Side sambals should include chutney, sliced banana and dessicated coconut
