Method-
Cook fish in fish stock, or in a small amt.water
with onion carrot, salt and pepper.
Place in fridge 'til firm.
While in fridge make sauce by mixing ketchup,
mayo, worcester sauce, tabasco and vinegar.
Flake or break up the fish, add a little chopped
onion, salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the fish, and spoon into the
hollow of the avocado. Can also be served with
crackers, bread, or just plain.
