Place chicken in slow cooker (chicken can be frozen), pour 3/4 bottle of hot sauce, and ranch dressing mix. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
Once chicken is cooked, add butter. Shred chicken with 2 forks.
Pile meat onto hoagie rolls, splash with remaining hot sauce.
Serve with slaw and Blue cheese dressing.
