     Easy Slow Cooker Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 30oz bag frozen shredded hasbrowns
3 14oz cans chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 tsp pepper
1 8oz package of cream cheese (do not use low fat)
 
Instructions
Put all ingredients except cream cheese into slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Approx 1 hour before serving, add cream cheese. Cook until melted.
Serve with cheese, bacon bits, green onions, sour cream, or whatever else you like.
