Peach Cobbler Cupcake Recipe

Ingredients

	1 box yellow cake
	3 eggs
	1/2 cup butter melted
	1/2 cup milk
	1 tsp vanilla extract
	1 tsp cinnamon
	1 tsp nutmeg
	1lb sliced peaches(canned is ok)
	2 tblsp sugar


Instructions


Mix together cake mix, eggs, butter, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.


Place sliced peaches in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar on top. Toss gently and set aside.


Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into each liner. Place equal amount of sliced peaches in each liner and top with remaining batter until 3/4 full.


Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.


Serving Suggestions

Serve warm with ice cream
